 The combination of the Lions of Judah and the Kotel are two of the most well-known symbols of Jerusalem. The Biblical Judah (in Hebrew: Yehuda) is the original name of the Tribe of Judah that ruled Jerusalem and the surrounding areas and which is traditionally symbolized by a lion.
