We use 3 shipping methods to deliver the products from Israel worldwide. These include the EMS Express Delivery & Israeli Post Office Registered Air Delivery.
FedEx & UPS - Express shipping can take from 2 to 5 business days to arrive
EMS Express Delivery - Express shipping can take from 4 to 8 business days to arrive
Registered Mail - can take 7 to 15 business days to arrive.
►For products weighing more than 2kg, registered mail will not be indicated for selection. You will be required to ship the order by Express Mail.
►Delivery times listed above are the maximum but usually take less. If all products are in stock, the packages will be sent out within 24-48 hour.
►Jewelry - Since ALL jewelry are handmade please consider 4-5 days handling. Rings - up to 10 days handling.
The shipping prices are calculated according to the order's total weight.
When you place an order online your shipping rate will be calculated automatically.

The customer is responsible to pay any and all fees, charges, or duties applied by customs.
We are not responsible for any customs fees, charges or amounts imposed by regulations of the destination country.
When ordering from us, you are responsible for assuring that the product that you ordered can be lawfully imported to the destination country. You are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Customs policies vary from country to country. Customs clearance procedures can also cause delays beyond delivery estimates.

With some exceptions (see below), if you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 30 days of your receipt of merchandise for a refund of the purchase price less shipping fees. We do, however, require that you pay to ship the item back to us, and any shipping fees originally paid on your order are non-refundable. Here are the exceptions and clarifications:
Products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.
Please contact us in order to receive complete instructions on returning goods. Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
The following items are NOT returnable:
• ALL personalized items such as engraved silver and "Name" necklaces and bracelets are NOT returnable.
• Gift Baskets that include food products are not returnable.
• Items damaged by post-shipment we bear no responsibility to replace or refund the item.
